Course Description:
Algebra will be taught from a Christian perspective understanding that God is the
Creator Who made the world and the laws that govern it.
Course Outcomes:
- Students will gain understanding of the orderliness of God’s creation and how to apply mathematical principles in everyday life
- A strong focus on linear inequalities, systems of equations, factoring, quadratic equations, rational expressions, and functions will give students the foundation needed for studies of higher mathematics.
- Problems designed to exercise critical thinking skills and a biblical world view will also be taught and solved.

- Students are taught daily lessons and assigned homework most days.
- Students will be graded daily through homework and class participation.
- Students will have weekly quizzes and review sheets.
- Students will be tested every three weeks over materials taught
